Here, we combine free weights and barbells with squats, lunges, core, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Strength & Energy Flow w/Tasha

Sunday’s @ 8am

Strength & Energy Flow is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is taught in a heated studio which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. Full body stretching finishes the class.

Step it Out! with Courtney

Tuesday’s @ 8:30 am

Do you need a new cardio workout?  Step it Out is your class!  During this Step Aerobic Class we focus on the quads, the butt, the hamstrings and a whole lot of cardio. This class lasts for 45 minutes, just press play and you're good to go. As we move through the class remember impact is optional as are the more advanced moves! Choose a level that works for you! 

GRIT Core & Strength w/Kara

GRIT Core & Strength is a fast paced, 50 minute high intensity interval training workout focused on building strength, improving fitness, and toning muscles.

Yoga Sculpt   w/Tasha

Wednesday’s @ 9:30am

When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights, bands and other props with Tasha’s sequencing to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

60 minutes, for all levels.

Total Body Fitness w/ Kara

This challenging total body workout includes cardio segments, upper and lower body, including core and a full body stretch to improve mobility.
