Cook and Eat Like Greeks - A Dinner Demonstration with Chef Frances Vavloukis

What do Greeks say after eating?

In Greek, not only is there a way to wish someone a good appetite before a meal, but there is another phrase for wishing them good digestion once they're finished eating – “kali honepsi.”

In this Class you will Taste the Mediterranean magic with every bite!

On the Menu:

  • Tomato Salad with Red Onion, Dill, and Feta

  • Grilled Asparagus with Taramasalata

  • Greek-Style Leg of Lamb

  • Psites Patates (Lemony Roasted Potatoes with Oregano)

  • Halva ( Olive oil cake with Raisins and Walnuts)

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Cost: $95 per person, Recipes will be provided.

Celebrate this Spring with a Greek-inspired menu of small plates, perfect for enjoying on an evening with friends! To Greeks, food is not just food. It represents love. It represents family! 

Small Plates:

  • Eggplant and Parsley Dip (Melintzanosalata)

  • Chicken Kebobs

  • Peppers Stuffed with Feta (Piperies Gemistes me Feta)

  • Shrimp with Tomatoes and Feta (Garides Saganaki)

  • Flatbread brushed with fresh oregano and olive oil

  • Greek Salad (Horiatiki)

  • Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmades)

  • Spanakopita (Spinach and Feta Pie)

  • Ouzo - home brew anise

  • Kourambethes! Greek Powdered Pastries

Spring Sweets: Bake & Create with Chef Frances & Angelia Chumley

Saturday, April 4, 2026, 2:00 pm - 4:00pm

🌸 Spring Sweets: Bake & Create - A festive baking and art experience for all ages.

Celebrate the season with a fun, hands-on class combining baking and creative art. Participants will enjoy making sweet spring treats while also creating colorful projects to take home.

Activities: One baking project + one art project

Art Project:
Spring Egg Decorating & Tie-Dye Aprons – Decorate colorful spring eggs and create your own tie-dyed apron to wear during class and take home.

Cooking/Baking Activity:
Spring Cookie Baking & Decorating – Bake cookies and decorate them with frosting, sprinkles, and festive toppings inspired by spring.

$60 per child – Includes baking, art projects, aprons, and take-home treats.

Adults accompanying younger children are welcome to stay and assist at no additional charge.

Please let us know in advance if there are any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Class size is limited to 12 participants to ensure a fun, hands-on experience.

Spots fill quickly for these seasonal classes — early registration is recommended.
